Enquiries
When you contact us, we ask for your name and email address. You can also choose to provide your organisation and a message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, confidential documents or sensitive personal information.
Client access
Your sign-in details are processed securely to verify your identity. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in for up to eight hours, or up to seven days if you select the trusted-device option. Your account determines which Knowledge Spaces and resources you can access. See our cookie settings for details about browser storage, and Security & data for how we protect your information.
Documents and processing
We use document-processing and AI services to read relevant content and answer your questions. Some processing may take place outside the UK, even though document storage is in the UK.
Contact us to discuss processing locations and your organisation’s requirements before uploading sensitive information.
Data removal requests
Contact support@unfuzz.ai to request data removal. We will confirm the scope and timing, including any backup or retention requirements.
Questions about your details
Contact support@unfuzz.ai if you would like to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided.
