This notice explains the cookies and browser storage used by Unfuzz. Essential storage supports secure sign-in. Optional storage remembers your workspace on this device and is off unless you accept it.

Optional browser storage is off until you choose to accept it.

Rejecting optional storage does not prevent signing in, selecting resources or asking questions. Your chat and choices will not be restored after you leave or refresh the page. You can change your choice here at any time.

Our use of cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising or visitor analytics on this website.

Client sign-in

A necessary, secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to eight hours, or up to seven days if you choose “Keep me signed in for 7 days” on a trusted device. The limit is measured from sign-in, not extended each time you return. Signing out revokes that session and removes its cookie. A separate necessary, HTTP-only cookie supports sign-in verification steps: three minutes for password or authenticator checks, or up to ten minutes for email verification. Requesting another email code does not extend that verification window.

Optional browser storage

If accepted, recent chat can be restored in the same browser tab for up to 24 hours. Clear chat removes it, and signing out clears the chat cache. Resource selections and workspace panel sizes are saved on this device until you reject optional storage or clear your browser data.

Rejecting optional storage removes these saved preferences and the chat cache from open Unfuzz tabs as they receive the change. It does not delete uploaded documents, submitted questions, feedback or other server records, or erase the conversation already displayed in an open tab.

Remembering your choice

We store your acceptance or rejection on this browser for 180 days, solely to respect your choice. A separate sign-out marker helps clear chat across tabs. These are necessary controls, not advertising or analytics tracking. Essential sign-in cookies cannot be switched off here; blocking them in your browser prevents sign-in from working.
